Customer Reviews : The Bowflex Body PlanThis review is from: Plan Bowflex Body (Hardcover) I ordered this book because the manual that came with my Bowflex no instructions for some exercises, and attachments (eg, belts, and instructions for leg extension), and I was hoping to book will have them. He did. The book came out and my first reaction was ... this guy is nuts. I have read most of the book thinking bowflex home gym was just placed on the bookshelf with all other diet books I've collected over the years. My second reaction was ... is quite different than all the other books (including hand) and all those other books do not work so I have to lose, but some of the flab? I am on the second week after the plan in this book, and I lost about 8 pounds, and I see my hands are a tonic.
